CASE STUDY

A Treasured Client

Every successful craft practice depends on exceptional clients, and a loyal client is an invaluable asset.

This particular client discovered me about 15 years ago. An American residing in London and the Cotswolds, she now also lives on the Upper East Side of New York. She has been unwavering in her support, selecting styles from my website and Instagram while also suggesting themes for highly personal commissions—an ideal scenario!

Here follow a small selection…

Wildflowers

Inspiration

One such commission was the pink suede ‘Field Flowers’ boots. These were inspired by a stunning sight we both experienced on a drive from London to the North Cotswolds a few years ago: a vast field of summer wildflowers. This theme was enriched by images of flower paintings from the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition that year, which my client shared with me. There follows a small selection of my shoes from this clients collection.
